My name is Josh Hall. I am an active duty soldier in the U.S. Army and have been for 13 years. I am married and a father of two young kids. I have been interested in photography for most of my life and for the past two years have sought to develop my natural eye and talent with the camera. I specialize in on-location portraiture and natural landscapes. I enjoy seeing the silent communication of couples, the innocent mischievousness of young kids, and the optimistic idealism of young people and capturing those moments in images that stir the emotions. I am most interested in offering my passion for capturing beauty, fascination, and emotion in images to you the customer. I thoroughly enjoy working outdoors with natural light, which is best in the morning and evening hours. Though I like natural light, I am not at all uncomfortable adding fill-flash, enhancing the natural light. I am also open to exploring other lighting options, and of course, can offer the more traditional studio-style of lighting and back-drops. And because this not my full-time gig, I have some limitations in comparison to the other professionals in the area. While these limitations may affect my capability to accept an assignment, I can assure you that when I do commit to an assignment, it means my undivided attention to your session without competition from numerous other clients.
