-The Artist

My name is Josh Hall. I am an active duty soldier in the U.S. Army and have been for 12 years. I have been interested in photography for most of my life and for the past year have sought to develop my natural eye and talent with the camera. I specialize in on-location portraiture and natural landscapes. I enjoy seeing the silent communication of couples, the innocent mischievousness of young kids, and the optimistic idealism of young people and capturing those moments in images that stir the emotions. I thoroughly enjoy working outdoors with natural light, which is best in the morning and evening hours. Though I like natural light, I am not at all uncomfortable with adding fill-flash that enhances the natural light. I am also open to exploring other lighting options, and of course, can offer the more traditional studio-style of lighting and back-drops.


-The Catch

There is no catch. For once, something is for free. I am a photography enthusiast, exploring my potential in a very crowded market. I am interested in offering my passion for capturing beauty, fascination, and emotion in images to you the customer. And because this not my full-time gig, I have some limitations in comparison to the other professionals in the area. The only thing I seek to gain is more experience working with folks like you, and providing you with a quality and satisfactory service you would be happy to share with friends and family… and add to my portfolio of work.
